1. Booking & Confirmation
Once you accept our itinerary and price, we will issue an invoice. Your booking is confirmed when we receive a deposit of 20% (or other amount stated on the invoice).
2. Payment Methods
Payments may be made by bank transfer (USD, EUR, MAD) or via PayPal (or other methods stated at booking). Full payment details appear on the invoice.
3. Changes to Booking
We will try to accommodate changes whenever possible. Requests made less than 15 days before departure may incur additional charges.
4. Last-Minute Bookings
Bookings made on short notice (e.g., 2 days or less) are subject to availability. Some services may not be available and prices may vary.
5. Postponement
To postpone a trip, notify us in writing at least 20 days before departure. Deposits can be transferred subject to availability and supplier conditions.
6. Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing. Standard fees (unless otherwise agreed):
- > 15 days before departure — 20% of total
- 15 to >10 days — 50%
- 10 to >5 days — 75%
- ≤ 5 days or no-show — 100%
7. Our Liability
We accept responsibility where services paid for are not as described. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected services. We are not liable for personal injury, illness, death, loss, or damage unless caused by proven negligence.
8. Travel Insurance (Mandatory)
You must hold comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, evacuation, trip cancellation, and loss/damage of equipment. Proof of insurance may be requested.
9. Travel Documents & Health
You are responsible for passports, visas, and health/vaccination requirements. Passports should be valid for at least 6 months beyond entry date.
10. Privacy & Data
Personal data required to operate your trip (medical info, dietary needs, etc.) will be used only to provide services and shared with suppliers as necessary.
11. Conduct
Please follow guide instructions at all times. Unlawful behaviour or actions that endanger the group may result in removal from the trip without refund.
12. Incomplete Tours
No refunds are due if you miss parts of the itinerary due to your actions, non-appearance, or failure to follow instructions.
13. Force Majeure & Unforeseen Events
We are not liable for cancellations or changes caused by events outside our control (natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, weather). We will offer alternatives when feasible; otherwise, our liability is limited to refunding monies paid less unrecoverable supplier costs.
14. Price Changes
We reserve the right to adjust confirmed prices in exceptional circumstances (exchange rates, fuel, taxes, supplier increases). If a change exceeds 10%, you may cancel with a full refund of amounts paid.
15. Third-Party Bookings
If booking via an agent or third party, you may also be subject to their terms; we are not responsible for third-party arrangements.
16. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Disputes will be dealt with in Moroccan courts unless otherwise agreed.
17. Entire Agreement
These terms together with your itinerary and invoice form the entire agreement between you and Dades Trekking & Tours for the booked services.
